Time Zone: The area where Dorsey was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time Note: If you travel east from Dorsey (for example, toward Plains (MT)), you will leave Pacific Time and cross into the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT). Dorsey would have been located in the (208) and (986)<5> area codes.
