At the time of the 2010 Census, Conway had a population of 41 people. This makes Conway the county's 8th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 41 people, the population of Conway decreased 34.92% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 63 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Conway was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Conway post office opened in 1892.

We also found Conway in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
