We aren't confident of the location of Signal, so consider the above location as an estimate.<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Signal, you might consider that their post office opened in 1877. While the community is gone, the present day location for Signal is 1,560 feet [475 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Signal was located is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST) and does not observe daylight saving time Note: If you leave Signal and travel west, you will leave Mountain Standard Time and cross into the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT). In addition, you will be moving from an area that does not observe daylight saving time to one that does. Signal would have been located in the (928) area code.
