Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Ticoal, so we are uncertain whether Ticoal is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Ticoal would be found somewhere in Nicholas County, West Virginia.
