Welcome to Pad ...So far, we found very little information about Pad. The location of Pad has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Pad, you might consider that their post office opened in 1899. While the community is gone, the present day location for Pad is 800 feet [244 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Pad was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time Pad would have been located in the (304) and (681)<5> area codes.
