While our initial information about Barrett came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Barrett in various books and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Barrett. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Note: When we started collecting data about Barrett, we were inconsistent about keeping track of where that data came from. As a result, this list of references and mentions is probably incomplete.

 

Barrett is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1>

From that list:

The Barrett post office opened in 1925 and had closed by 1996.

Both the GNIS and FIPS databases contain entries for Barrett. See our Misc Page for Barrett for more information.
