At the time of the 2010 Census, Woodman had a population of 132 people. This makes Woodman the county's 52nd most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 132 people, the population of Woodman increased 37.5% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 96 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Woodman was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Woodman post office opened in 1863.

We also found Woodman in the book titled List of Post Offices in the United States (1870).
