Welcome to Waldelock ...

So far, we found very little information about Waldelock. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Waldelock to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Waldelock - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Waldelock, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Waldelock , we believe that it would have been located within present day Hanover County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Waldelock, you might consider that their post office opened in 1900.

Time Zone: The area where Waldelock was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Waldelock was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Waldelock post office opened in 1900.

We also found Waldelock on a map titled Rand McNally Map (1911).
