Welcome to Green ...
So far, we found very little information about Green. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>
We've added Green to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Green - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Green, please Contact Us.
While we don't have the exact location of Green , we believe that it would have been located within present day Henrico County<2>.
While we don't have a date for the founding of Green, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was on a map dated 1911.
Time Zone: The area where Green was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time
Communities Also Named Green ...
Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 30 communities that are also named Green - they are located in California (2), Georgia (2), Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (2), Massachusetts, Michigan (3), Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Newfoundland and Labrador, North Carolina, Ohio (3), Oklahoma (2), Ontario, Oregon, Texas (2), West Virginia and Wyoming.

As we work on our Gazetteer, we occasionally find mention of a community that is new to us. When we find such a community, we add it to our Gazetteer with the hope of adding more information in the future.
