So far, we found very little information about Faye. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Faye to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Faye - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Faye, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Faye , we believe that it would have been located within present day Prince Edward County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Faye, you might consider that their post office opened in 1901.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Faye was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Faye post office opened in 1901.

We also found Faye on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Virginia (1911).
