While our initial information about Carfax came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Carfax in various books and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Carfax. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Note: When we started collecting data about Carfax, we were inconsistent about keeping track of where that data came from. As a result, this list of references and mentions is probably incomplete.
