Welcome to Alrich ...

So far, we found very little information about Alrich. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Alrich to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Alrich - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Alrich, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Alrich , we believe that it would have been located within present day Spotsylvania County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Alrich, you might consider that their post office opened in 1892.

Time Zone: The area where Alrich was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time

If Alrich still existed, it would have been in the (540) area code.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Alrich was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Alrich post office opened in 1892.

We also found Alrich in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
