Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Abraham other than they indicate that Abraham would be found somewhere in Floyd County, Virginia. From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened in 1886 and closed in 1904. Communities Also Named Abraham ...We found four communities that share the name Abraham. Within Virginia, the name Abraham is unique. Beyond Virginia, we know of another two communities that are located throughout in the United States. In addition to the above occurrences of Abraham, we know of two communities located outside of the United States and Canada.
