We aren't confident of the location of Tucker, so consider the above location to be an estimate.<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Tucker, you might consider that their post office opened in 1881. While the community is gone, the present day location for Tucker is 6,220 feet [1,896 m] above sea level.<4> In other words, the elevation of Tucker is about 1¼ mile [or ~1¾ km] above sea level. Time Zone: The area where Tucker was located is in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time If Tucker still existed, it would have been in the (801) & (385)<5> area codes. In the past, Tucker was named Clear Creek.
