While our initial information about Red Scaffold came from various goverment sources (GNIS, US Census, FIPS), we also found mention of Red Scaffold in various books and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Red Scaffold. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Note: When we started collecting data about Red Scaffold, we were inconsistent about keeping track of where that data came from. As a result, this list of references and mentions is probably incomplete.

 

Red Scaffold is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1>

From that list:

The Red Scaffold post office opened in 1938 and had closed by 1943.
