Welcome to Kibby ...

So far, we found very little information about Kibby. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Kibby to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Kibby - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Kibby, please Contact Us.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Kibby, you might consider that their post office opened in 1901.

Time Zone: The area where Kibby was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 3 communities that are also named Kibby - they are located in Maine, North Dakota and Oklahoma.

Adding Kibby to Our Gazetteer ...

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Kibby was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<2>

From that list, the Kibby post office opened in 1901.

We also found Kibby on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Oklahoma (1911).
