With a 2010 count of 159 people, the population of Grayson increased 18.66% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 134 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Grayson was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>
From that list, the Grayson post office opened in 1902.
We also found Grayson on a map titled George#&160;F. Cram Map (1922).
