Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of West Powhatan, so we are uncertain whether West Powhatan is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that West Powhatan would be found somewhere in Belmont County, Ohio.
