Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Huntsville had an population of 445 people. This is an increase of 3.25% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 1.98% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Huntsville had a population of 431 people. This makes Huntsville the county's 10th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 431 people, the population of Huntsville decreased 5.07% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 454 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Huntsville was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<8>

X2X - From that list, the Huntsville post office opened in 1849.

We also found Huntsville in the book titled Table of U.S. Post Offices in the United States (Jan. 1851).
