Welcome to Grade ...So far, we found very little information about Grade. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1> We've added Grade to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. The location of Grade has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Grade, you might consider that their post office opened in 1890. While the community is gone, the present day location for Grade is 1,150 feet [351 m] above sea level.<4>. Time Zone: The area where Grade was located is in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) and observes daylight saving time If Grade still existed, it would have been in the (330) & (234)<5> area codes.
