We originally found mention of Glenburg in the GNIS. For more information, see the Referenced GNIS Codes section on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Glenburg was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Glenburg post office opened in 1893.

We also found Glenburg on a map titled George#&160;F. Cram Map (1901).
