Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Fairview had an population of 81 people. This is a decrease of 2.41% since the 2010 Census.

At the time of the 2010 Census, Fairview had a population of 83 people. This makes Fairview the county's 10th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 83 people, the population of Fairview increased 2.47% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 81 people).

We originally found mention of Fairview in both the FIPS-55 and the GNIS. For more information, see the FIPS and GNIS Codes sections on our Miscellaneous Page.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Fairview was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Fairview post office opened in 1823.

We also found Fairview in the book titled Table of U.S. Post Offices in the United States (Jan. 1851).
