Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of East Zanesville, so we are uncertain whether East Zanesville is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that East Zanesville would be found somewhere in Muskingum County, Ohio.
