Do you know of Upper Grand View ???

Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Upper Grand View, so we are uncertain whether Upper Grand View is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name. While we don't have its location, we believe that Upper Grand View would be found somewhere in Rockland County, New York.
