Do you know of Old Northport ???

Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Old Northport, so we are uncertain whether Old Northport is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Old Northport would be found somewhere in Nassau County, New York.
