Do you know of Ancram Lead Mines ???

Our sources for Ancram Lead Mines (see Mentions and References below) indicate that it was a community with a post office by the same name. Unfortunately our sources aren't clear about the location of Ancram Lead Mines other than they indicate that Ancram Lead Mines would be found somewhere in Columbia County, New York.

From the Blevins / Hellbock List: The post office opened  in 1838 and closed  in 1930.
