While we don't have the exact location of Lathrop Wells , we believe that it would have been located within present day Nye County<2>.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Lathrop Wells was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Lathrop Wells post office opened in 1958.
