Welcome to Baltic ...

So far, we found very little information about Baltic. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Baltic to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Baltic - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Baltic, please Contact Us.

While we don't have the exact location of Baltic , we believe that it would have been located within present day Storey County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Baltic, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was in a book dated 1895.

Time Zone: The area where Baltic was located is in the Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) and observes daylight saving time

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 7 communities that are also named Baltic - they are located in Alabama, Connecticut, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Prince Edward Island and South Dakota.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Baltic was in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
