Liverpool is located on the southeast coast of Nova Scotia.
While we don't have a date for the founding of Liverpool, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was on a map dated 1897.
Time Zone: Liverpool lies in the Atlantic Time Zone (AST/ADT) and observes daylight saving time. The time zone in French: AST- Heure Normale de l'Atlantique (HNA), ADT- Heure Avancée de l'Atlantique (HAA).
Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 17 communities that are also named Liverpool - they are located in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas (2), Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New York, Nova Scotia, Ohio, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Texas and West Virginia.

The earliest source (so far) we've referenced which mentioned Liverpool was on a map titled Map of Maritime Provinces of Canada (from Rand McNally, 1897).
The elevation is an estimate for the area around Liverpool - it will be higher in some places and lower in others.
