Do you know of Lower ???

Unfortunately, we didn't note our source when we found mention of Lower, so we are uncertain whether Lower is a community, a post office or a post office located in a community and having the same name.<2> While we don't have its location, we believe that Lower would be found somewhere in Cape May County, New Jersey.
