While we don't have the exact location of Peckham , we believe that it would have been located within present day Lincoln County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Peckham, you might consider that their post office opened in 1881.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Peckham was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Peckham post office opened in 1881.

We also found Peckham on a map titled Rand McNally Map of Nebraska (1895).
