Welcome to Le Roy ...

So far, we found very little information about Le Roy. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

We've added Le Roy to our Gazetteer with the hope that we can develop more information. We would especially like to find the location of Le Roy - knowing its coordinates, we can explore things like its relationship to neighboring communities, nearby cemeteries, etc. If you can help us with Le Roy, please Contact Us.


While we don't have the exact location of Le Roy , we believe that it would have been located within present day Adams County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Le Roy, you might get a feel for it by knowing that during our research the earliest mention that we found (so far) was on a map dated 1895.

Time Zone: The area where Le Roy was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time

If Le Roy still existed, it would have been in the (402) & (531)<3> area codes.

Using our Gazetteer, we found that there are 9 communities that are also named Le Roy - they are located in Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, West Virginia and Wyoming.
