While we don't have the exact location of Kinney , we believe that it would have been located within present day Gage County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Kinney, you might consider that their post office opened in 1909.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Kinney was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<4>

From that list, the Kinney post office opened in 1909.
