This is an increase of 15.38% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 3.45% since the 2000 Census). At the time of the 2010 Census, Simpson had a population of 416 people. This makes Simpson the county's 8th most populous community. With a 2010 count of 416 people, the population of Simpson decreased 10.34% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 464 people).
