Leedy would have been located within present day Phillips County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Leedy, you might consider that their post office opened in 1903.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Leedy is 2,240 feet [683 m] above sea level.<3> In other words, the elevation of Leedy is about ½ mile above sea level.
