Welcome to Hibbard ...So far, we found very little information about Hibbard. The location of Hibbard has been provided by the Geographic Names Information System (ie- the GNIS).<3> While we don't have a date for the founding of Hibbard, you might consider that their post office opened in 1912. While the community is gone, the present day location for Hibbard is 3,060 feet [933 m] above sea level.<4> In other words, the elevation of Hibbard is about ½ mile above sea level. Time Zone: The area where Hibbard was located is in the Mountain Time Zone (MST/MDT) and observes daylight saving time Hibbard would have been located in the (406) area code.
