While our initial information about Lawndale came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Lawndale in various books and other sources.

We've created the following list to keep track of the sources that proved useful in adding to our knowledge about Lawndale. We hope that they will be useful to you.

Services available in 1895: had a Railroad Station, an Express Office, no Post Office mentioned
