While we don't have the exact location of Frank Hill , we believe that it would have been located within present day Winona County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Frank Hill, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1858.

The earliest source we've referenced which mentioned Frank Hill was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<3>

From that list, the Frank Hill post office opened in 1858.

We also found Frank Hill in the book titled List of Post Offices in the United States (1870).
