Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Biscay had an population of 110 people. This is a decrease of 2.65% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 3.51% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Biscay had a population of 113 people. This makes Biscay the county's 9th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 113 people, the population of Biscay has remained roughly the same as the 2000 Census (which had a count of 114 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Biscay was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Biscay post office opened in 1888.

We also found Biscay in the book titled Business Atlas and Shippers' Guide (1895).
