Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Queenstown had an population of 698 people. This is an increase of 5.12% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 13.13% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Queenstown had a population of 664 people. This makes Queenstown the county's 3rd most populous community.

The population of Queenstown represents 0.01% of the total population of Maryland (which has 5,773,552 people), making it the state's 110th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 664 people, the population of Queenstown increased 7.62% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 617 people).
