Bosley would have been located within present day Baltimore County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Bosley, you might consider that their post office opened in 1886. The community was inundated by the Loch Raven Reservoir.

While the community is gone, the present day location for Bosley is 230 feet [70 m] above sea level.<3>.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found (so far) for Bosley was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>

From that list, the Bosley post office opened in 1886. The Bosley post office closed in 1907.
