While we don't have a date for the founding of Cormorant, you might get a feel for it by knowing that the earliest mention that we've found (so far) was on a map dated 1956.

Cormorant is 830 feet [253 m] above sea level.<1>.

Time Zone: Cormorant lies in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time. The time zone in French: CST- Heure Normale du Centre (HNC), CDT- Heure Avancée du Centre (HAC).

Note: If you leave Cormorant and travel west, you will leave Central Time and cross into the Central Standard Time Zone (CST). In addition, you will be moving from an area that observes daylight saving time to one that does not.
