Concordia Parish is one of the original parishes of Louisiana and was founded in 1807.

From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Concordia had a population of 19,314 people. This is a decrease of 7.24% since the last Census (which gave a population of 20,822 people in 2010).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Concordia represented 0.46% of the total population of Louisiana.
