Miscellaneous References and MentionsWhile our initial data about Lesbas came from various goverment sources (GNIS, FIPS), we also found mention of Lesbas in various books, maps and other sources. When we find a mention, a fact or snippet, we add that information to our Gazetter. Lesbas is contained in a comprehensive list of Post Offices that was created by Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<1> From that list: The Lesbas post office opened in 1903 and had closed by 1952.
