While we don't have a date for the founding of Naples, you might consider that their post office opened  in 1830.

The town was incorporated February 1, 1839.

Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Naples had an population of 119 people. This is a decrease of 8.46% since the 2010 Census (or a decrease of 11.19% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Naples had a population of 130 people. This makes Naples the county's 6th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 130 people, the population of Naples decreased 2.99% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 134 people).

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Naples was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<7>

From that list, the Naples post office opened in 1830.

We also found Naples in the book titled U.S. Post Offices (Oct. 1846).
