At the time of the 2010 Census, Chubbuck had a population of 13,922 people (or 16.81% of the total population of Bannock County). This makes Chubbuck the county's 2nd most populous community.

The population of Chubbuck represents 0.89% of the total population of Idaho (which has 1,567,582 people), making it the state's 16th most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 13,922 people, the population of Chubbuck increased 43.53% from the 2000 Census (which had a count of 9,700 people).
