While we don't have a date for the founding of Todd, you might consider that their post office opened in 1908.
While the community is gone, the present day location for Todd is 180 feet [55 m] above sea level.<4>.
Time Zone: The area where Todd was located is in the Central Time Zone (CST/CDT) and observes daylight saving time
If Todd still existed, it would have been in the (870) area code.

From our notes, the earliest published mention we've found for Todd was in the document titled List of Post Offices from Cameron Blevins and Richard Helbock.<6>
From that list, the Todd post office opened in 1908.
