Taken from the 2019 Census Estimates, Little Rock had an population of 197,312 people. This is an increase of 1.96% since the 2010 Census (or an increase of 7.74% since the 2000 Census).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Little Rock had a population of 193,524 people (which is 50.56% of the total population of Pulaski County). This makes Little Rock the county's most populous community.

The population of Little Rock represents 6.64% of the population of Arkansas (which has 2,915,918 people), making it the state's most populous community.

With a 2010 count of 193,524 people, the population of Little Rock increased 5.67% from the 2000 Census (with a count of 183,133 people).
