Welcome to Hix's Ferry ...

So far, we found very little information about Hix's Ferry. The little that we've found leads us believe that the community is historic.<1>

While we don't have the exact location of Hix's Ferry , we believe that it would have been located within present day Randolph County<2>.

While we don't have a date for the founding of Hix's Ferry, you might consider that their post office opened in 1846.
