Bradley County was founded in 1840 and was created by taking area from Union County.

From the Census Estimates for 2019, <1> Bradley had a population of 10,792 people. This is a decrease of 6.22% since the last Census (which gave a population of 11,508 people in 2010).

At the time of the 2010 Census, Bradley represented 0.39% of the total population of Arkansas.
